God’s Surprise #1: Walt Disney World

Disney World Experience 2017

I traveled to the U.S. with my churchmates to attend a conference in Georgia. Afterward, I went to my mom in South Carolina to spend a few months before the Big Day! 🙂 And from South Carolina to Walt Disney World in Orlando. What a long crazy drive, indeed!

And the adventure begins…

This Disney experience was unexpected. I only want to visit them, but blessed to be part of their tour. It’s my little brother’s birthday celebration. He turned 7 years old.

Hindi mo maiikot ang buong Disney World in one or two days. We had a two-day trip to Disney. Though I wasn’t able to see everything, I am still ecstatic about this experience, and I would love to share this with you.

Four Theme Parks in Walt Disney World

  1. Magic Kingdom
  2. Epcot
  3. Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  4. Disney’s Animal Kingdom

They have a new one: Pandora-The World of Avatar, I believe. They have Water Parks as well: Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard Beach.

If you plan to visit Disney, a week or two is advisable if you want to go to all the theme parks. It’s a vast place, you can’t just walk around and see everything in one day.

You should really have a good plan if you want to experience every attraction. It’s very tiring, but if you are adventurous and have a child-like heart and strength, then you are good to go. And of course the finances, one tip is ‘do not stay on a Disney Resorts or Hotel’, they’re expensive. If you could find cheap hotels outside Disney, that would be great to not spend a lot of money during your vacation.

Magic Kingdom

We tour around the Magic Kingdom in two days.  So this is the only park I could be able to share with you, since the others are for next time, perhaps. (That’s what we call faith! HAHA)

This Disney tram will bring you to the monorail, monorail to the theme park you are headed to.

That feeling of excitement is rushing over me as soon as I see the entrance. HAHA I’m like a kid

The first place to take a picture

Well, of course, picture…picture! 🙂 with the chipmunks!

A magical experience, I cried!

The days went by so fast. As soon as I left the place, I was speechless, and I cried like a baby. At night, they have a fireworks show with some of the popular songs in Disney shows.

I cried because I couldn’t believe it! They were just on TV shows I used to watch when I was a kid. And I saw the place in real life. It’s just amazing. For someone like me? I wouldn’t imagine I could experience this.

God’s Surprise

We all have our goals and deepest desires wanted to attain, sometimes we share them with others, sometimes we keep them to ourselves. Last January, I wrote my prayers and goals for the year in my journal, some kinda bucket list.

And again, just like last year, I wrote and expected anunexpected blessing’ for this year. I was challenged to write more, you know? Truly, God answers prayers, why not ask more? He is a great God.

It’s all good to have plans and fulfill them one by one but what I was looking forward to is on how the Lord will lavish His love for me by surprising me with the things or situations I didn’t even ask for.

His surprise is surprisingly overwhelming. He freely gives because I am deeply loved by Him, so you are. We are loved by God. Whether you are faithful or unfaithful, He will love you unconditionally.

That. I expected this, the amazing work of His hand in my life.

Unexpected but planned by Him. He already had this on his mind. I am still in awe up to this point. Sharing stories of my life was actually not my thing, I even wrote some of my very personal life such as career, love life, and family when started blogging.

I realized I had to speak to show others that God is real. And through my own stories, I wanna be a blessing. I just love how the Lord move through my life that I could be able to survive all the dramas I went through. We all have situations in life that made us feel seems nothing is going right, in different forms, we all struggled. But “Look at the brighter side”.

So, I want to share some of God’s surprises in my life these past few months. Recently I posted about how the Lord has been providing continually that he even let me travel here in the U.S.A. without worrying about the fare and accommodation. Isn’t he amazing? HE PROVIDES.

“No matter how your heart is grieving, if you keep on believing, the dreams that you wish will come true.”

-Cinderella

It’s just amazing how the Lord answered my prayer.  I wrote in my bucket list and without even thinking about how I will fulfill them, one of my desires is to see Disney. God reminded me that HE can make impossible things possible. Can you imagine? I didn’t specify which Disney and yet he let me see Walt Disney WORLD.

This is not really my own strength. How can I travel without a job? How the Lord give me this multiple-visa, when talking about finances, I am not qualified. In people’s minds, I am not really qualified. But here’s the thing: “When God says Yes, No one can stop Him”  He has his own unique ways and fulfilling His promises to His children. I only and prayed with an expectant heart. Truly, there is a time for everything.

I love surprises and God did it so well. I am loved and highly favored. To God be the glory.

***This was in my draft a few months ago. Catching up!  I am so excited to share the rest of God’s love in my life. Thank you for reading.
